NINJA CLASSES
LITTLE NINJAS
MONDAY & THURSDAY: 4 – 5 PM
SATURDAY: 9 – 10 AM
AGES 4 – 7 YEARS
Do you have a little one who loves to climb, jump, swing and leap? These courses introduce your young athlete to both climbing and Ninja Warrior activities. Be amazed and watch your kids climb 40 feet in the air. Take a photo of them as they balance and build strength on ninja obstacles. These activities are great for motor coordination, group learning, concentration, separation anxiety and confidence building. Children are guided by professional coaches and staff assistants.
NINJA OBSTACLES
MONDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 5 – 6:15 PM
SATURDAY: 9 – 10:15 AM
AGES 7 – 11 YEARS
If your child thinks they got what it takes to be the next American Ninja Warrior TV star, these classes will get them ready. We will introduce you to basic ninja/ parkour techniques, endurance, balance, core conditioning and climbing. Intermediate students will build on their skills and will be continually challenged.
This is a social, non-competitive environment where everyone cheers for each other’s success. All classes are curriculum based and coach guided. Practices meet once or twice weekly.
This course will help build self-esteem, develop courage, self-discipline and mental fortitude.
HIGH EXPOSURE COACH INVITATION IS REQUIRED
AGES 7 – 12: TUESDAY, THURSDAY: 6:30 – 8 PM
AGES 13+: MONDAY, THURSDAY: 6:30 – 8 PM
Attendance of all THREE classes is expected to maximize your fullest potential.
Our competitive elite team meets 3 days a week. Our customized training assesses each child’s strengths and weaknesses to reach optimum fitness. Sessions will cover hand grip techniques, endurance, flexibility and balance. Our goal is to make the team fun and community spirited while getting the Ninjas ready for the WNL Competitive Seasons. High Exposure’s competitive Ninja Warrior Team is a dedicated group of athletes who compete regionally and nationally together.
Don’t want to compete? No problem, we will train you like a pro to become a stellar athlete. Our wish is for you to love the sport and have the joy of obstacle training in your life for years to come.
NINJA COMPETITIVE TEAM
CLIMBING CLASSES
These fundamental classes are designed for beginner and intermediate students. We will introduce your child to basic climbing movements, efficient body positioning, balance and full body conditioning, mastering motor skills and coordination, and climbing vocabulary. Intermediate students will build on their skills and will be continually challenged.
This is a moderate, social, non-competitive environment where everyone roots for each other’s success. Practices take place once or twice weekly.
All classes are curriculum-based and coach-guided:
Climbing techniques
Strength and conditioning
Rope and auto-belay safety
Bouldering techniques
Ninja Warrior cross-training and conditioning
Fun Climbing and Ninja games
Self-reliance, discipline, and critical thinking
Gym attire required
Chalk and shoes required*
*We recommend that our students acquire their own chalk and shoes. Rental shoes and chalk rentals are available in our Merch Shop (included in HE Membership) on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The competitive team meets 3 days a week for customized training sessions that assess each child's strengths and weaknesses in order to reach optimum fitness. Sessions will cover advanced climbing techniques, high-level route reading, endurance, and flexibility training.
Our goal is to make Team High Exposure fun and community-spirited while focusing on gearing our competitors ready for the USA Climbing Sport, Speed, and Bouldering Season.
This is a high-intensity environment that requires maturity, discipline, positivity, and grit. We believe that working hard and sharing ideas amongst our peers will maximize their strengths and quality of climbing. If your child is willing to put in the work, so are we.
